2017 Ford F-150 Raptor: The on and off-road beast
The
2017 Ford F-150 Raptor is a truck which has its presence sealed for both on the
road and off the road. It can move with great confidence and moves swiftly
off the road.
Its
movement in the Desert, in snow, muddy roads and rough terrains shows that it
is a truck to behold.
The
Raptor has a dominating headlamp with a bold tailgate for confidence while
driving. It is equipped with improved and special tires which easily move off
road in a grand style breaking through road boundaries.
The Raptor has an aluminium body steel
backbone with high strength with has made it lighter than the previous
editions. The Truck also sports 3.0-inch FOX Racing Shox with
custom internal bypass technology. This technology allows for variable damping
rates based on wheel travel, which provides great off-road performance and a
smooth ride on-road.
The all-new, twin-turbo, inter-cooled DOHC 24-valve,
high-output 3.5L Eco-boost with direct fuel injection will deliver more power
than the previous 6.2L V8 – 450 horsepower and 510 lb.-ft. of torque. A
10-speed automatic transmission with manual-shifting mode sends that power to
all four wheels.
And the all-new Terrain Management System allows the driver to select from six preset modes to optimize driving dynamics to environmental conditions. Available settings include street, Baja, mud and sand.
The
Raptor has very big doors, a lot of space indoor along with a 360-degree camera.
The
look from outside this magnificent truck might be rugged, but the vehicle
features optimum comfortable seats along with a contoured steering wheel and large paddle shifters.
