Is Nigeria ready for the Electric car takeover with so much dependence on oil?

Tesla launched the Model 3 electric car in early July, and they seem to be more innovative despite their huge loss of $397 million in the first quarter of 2017.

The electric cars will be the only legal cars to move on the streets of France in the year 2040. The petrol and diesel powered cars will be banned to make this a possibility.

Nigeria depends so much on crude oil which is her major natural resource, and export commodity, however in a few years time, that will not be much needed as the world wants a cleaner environment.

What will Nigeria fall back on when the crude oil will be regarded as harmful thereby making it irrelevant?
