Netflix “Nappily Ever After” Stars Stunned At The First Screening Of The Movie

Netflix Original movie "Nappily Ever After" was released on the 21st of September, 2018, but got its first screening by the actors on the 20th of September, 2018.

The first screening of the movie took place at the Harmony Gold Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

It is a romantic film directed by Haifaa al-Mansour and written by Tina Gordon Chism, Lisa Loomer, Adam Brooks, and Gina Prince-Bythewood. It is based on the novel of the same name by Trisha R.Thomas. The film stars Sanaa Lathan, Ernie Hudson, Lyriq Bent, Lynn Whitfield, Ricky Whittle, and Camille Guaty.

In the film a woman could not wait any longer for her boyfriend to propose to her after staying in a very long relationship, which led to a breakup. When her ex boyfriend proposed to her, she gladly accepted it, while in the process she shaves her hair and felt liberated.

The screening was one of a kind on Thursday with the stars.
