Rwanda Set To Become Africa's First Smartphone Manufacturer

A country in the African continent Rwanda, is set to open its first smartphone factory. This move will make Rwanda to be the first country in Africa to produce smartphones locally.

This was made known by Paula Ingabire who is the Minister for Information and Communications Technology in Rwanda.
