Governor Ganduje Gains Ground As Court Sacks PDP Governorship Candidate In Kano State

News broke out on Monday 4th March 2019 that a Federal High Court sitting in Kano rendered invalid the primary election that led to the emergence of PDP Governorship candidate in Kano, Abba Yusuf.

According to the judge, Lewis Allagoa, he ruled that the PDP did not conduct governorship primary election in Kano, and declared that Mr Yusuf is an invalid candidate.

Ali Amin-little, a PDP Governorship aspirant, had approached the court, challenging the process that led to emergence of Mr Yusuf as PDP Governorship candidate in Kano.

Practically Governor Ganduje is unopposed.
