Video: Yvonne Jegede Engages In A Difficult Core blast Abs Workout Which Almost Made Her Cry

Talented Nollywood actress "Yvonne Jegede" who is inspired by Kate Henshaw's intensive workout videos, has began her workout session.
She recently signed up at a gym, and today she posted a video online of herself engaging in an extremely difficult "core blast abs" workout at the gym. Close to the end of the video, she can be heard breathing heavily due to the extremely intense workout.

She is engaging in this workout session, in preparation for a challenging role in her next movie.
