Is fuel consumption in a vehicle more when using Air conditioning?
Fuel consumption in a vehicle can be on the increase via the revving of the engine and the speed, however using the air conditioning, while the vehicle is in motion has its own input.
For instance, if the air conditioning is in use while the vehicle is running below 88 km/h, it will consume more fuel than if it is running above 88 km/h.
On the other hand, if the car windows are down when the vehicle is running below 88 km/h, it will consume less fuel than if it is running above 88 km/h.
