Supercars chill inside apartments: Skyscraper in Miami graces Porsche design
Most times when people want to build their dream homes, one of the things that comes into consideration in the planning phase, is the space for their cars to park. Some like the garage concept which can be inbuilt or separated from the building, while some just prefer the car shade option.
In recent times, architecture has been braking boundaries and opening up to new frontiers. People have started parking their cars inside the house itself, which can be in the living room, a bedroom or even in the basement of the house.
Here, a luxury skyscraper located beside a beach in Miami Florida, USA, which now has the capability of lifting cars up via an elevator, which will give access for the cars to to be parked either adjacent to the apartment or one story below the apartment, which can be accessible via a staircase. Some spaces can take up to four cars.
Who will actually park their cars inside their apartment, like seriously who does that? The super rich are the ones that do such mind blowing things.
The apartments are priced between $15,000 and $25,000 per square meter.
Apart from the luxury car parking style, the building features race car simulator, private swimming pools, hair saloon, spa, golf simulator, summer kitchen on every balcony.
