Now lets talk about someones encounter with brake malfunction while driving on a major road. You will learn some vehicle safety tips here which will guide you while driving. The story goes thus

"A person was about to drive a vehicle, so he checked the engine oil, water level and steering wheel fluid which were all okay. As he was driving on the road everything seemed normal until he got close to a junction where a pretty  female traffic warden told the vehicle in front of him to stop, then when the young lad behind the vehicle that was told to stop, applied his brakes, he realized that his brakes were malfunctioning because his vehicle was still rolling very close to the vehicle in front of him. He was calm and hoped that his vehicle will stop. The vehicle finally stopped very very close to the vehicle in front of him. He was glad that his vehicle did not crash into the other one, if not he would have started to speak the Chinese language in the name of begging the other vehicle owner if an accident occurred. He recalled that he was saying the name of Jesus in his mind, and he gives thanks to God for preventing the accident. When he opened the car's bonnet later on, he found out that there was no brake fluid, when he poured brake fluid, it leaked away, which implies that the brake fluid container was damaged."

Lessons to live with

  • Always check major parts of a vehicle like water level, engine oil level, steering wheel fluid level, brake fluid, plugs, tires, wipers regularly before an outing.
  • Always put on your seat-belt before hitting the road.
  • If you find yourself in the situation above, utilize the car handbrake and do not panic.
  • Always obey speed limits and drive with caution based on the traffic situation on the road.
  • Avoid distractions such as phone calls, text messaging, social media usage, and taking your eyes off the road while driving.
  • When the traffic light 🚦 or traffic warden stops you make sure that when you stop, you will be able to see the two back tires of the vehicle in front of you.
May you have an amazing driving experience.
